In 2004, Paul and his family planted apple trees at his family farm in Speonk, New York. With weekly care, the trees slowly started to bear fruit.
A life-long craftsman, Paul started cooking and canning the apples into jam. Giving it out to family and friends to share.
Today, at Polsinelli Jams every jar is slow-cooked with care, using fruit we know without any preservatives. Still home-made and jarred with everyone in the family lending a hand.
From orchard to kitchen, we hope each spoonful brings a taste of our little corner of Long Island.
