In 2004, Paul and his family planted apple trees at their farm in Speonk, New York. With weekly care, the trees slowly started to bear fruit.
A lifelong craftsman, Paul started cooking and canning the apples into jam — giving jars out to family and friends, the way you do when you've made something you're proud of.
Today, every jar of Polsinelli Jams is still slow-cooked with care, using fruit we know, without any preservatives. Still homemade. Still jarred with everyone in the family lending a hand.
From orchard to kitchen, we hope each spoonful brings a taste of our little corner of Long Island.
